Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
Duplicate charges due to a processing error.
Failure to meet specific design requirements as initially agreed upon.
If you are dissatisfied with our services, you may request a refund within five (5) days of receiving your initial designs. After this period, it is assumed that you are satisfied with the provided work, and refund requests will no longer be accepted. For special or combo packages, the same refund conditions apply as for single packages.
Refund requests will be processed according to the following criteria:
Before order delivery: Eligible for a 100% refund.
Within 48 hours of design delivery: Eligible for a 66% refund.
Between 48 to 120 hours of design delivery: Eligible for a 33% refund.
After 120 hours: No refunds will be issued. However, we encourage you to reach out to our support team if you have any concerns, as we strive for 100% customer satisfaction.

2. We will attempt to resolve your concerns in accordance with our revision policy before proceeding with the refund.
3. If a resolution is not possible, our refund department will review and approve your request.
Once a refund is issued:
All rights to the refunded designs will be transferred to PromotionsAndPay. You may not use, distribute, or claim ownership of any version of the design provided.
We collaborate with copyright agencies to ensure refunded designs cannot be reused as original work in the future.
